you want 1acre land adn peace....YOU will commute......GA is a commuter city...everyone lives outside.

I did a lttle searching in Silver Creek area, only thing its like 60-70 miles from work....I don't want to be that far....but i did find a nice farm up there for sale

Funny thing, the year of taxes on the 15 acre farm were less than what I pay for 1 quarter at my present residence!!!!!

Thanks bro. Ive put a TON of hours in that yard. Yeah, its kind of funny... This same house and the same amount of property, just 12 miles south of me would be WAY out of my price Range!!
